Spring-press

With the help of the spring-press you can, without much effort, disassemble and assemble your shock absorber. The tool was machined of solid steel and can be fixed to the workbench by means of four screws. This way it guarantees safe working conditions.

Length-measuring-tool
This special tool for length measuring is a necessity for every suspension system expert. It is, so to speak, the silding rule for the shock absorber. Exact measuring of shocks with different levers/drop-outs is made possible due to its rich adjustment array. The measurement range lies between 210 and 850mm. A fixed mounting, for example to the workbench, is possible.

Nitrogen-filler
 |
This special utensil serves the refilling of shock-absorbers, whose reservoirs are sealed with a rubber plug, with nitrogen. The filling-needle can be easily replaced because it is a customary catheter. Included in the delivery are an adaption-part to match possible existing hose systems and a pressure reducer.

Cartridge-pusher
 When you pushed down the preload-bushing far enough using the cartridge-pusher you’ll need the cartridge-locknut-clamp. After you installed the locknut-clamp below the nut, you can remove the upper plug without any problems. The cartridge-locknut-clamp is a useful tool fabricated of galvanized steel. Our recommended sales price is 139 Euro per piece.

Shaft-seal-tool
 |
This tool is necessary to insert a shaft seal into its seating without damage. It contains of two halves connected by location pins. Those parts are led on the inside by a teflon-ring. The tools are available in diameters of 41, 43, 45, 46, 47, 48 and 50mm. The price for a complete set (2 halves) is 149 Euro.

Cartridge-locknut-clamp

Cartridge-degasser-tool
 The disassembly is always followed by the assembly. For that you’ll need all those tools again. The Cartridge-degasser-tool is used, as implied in its name, to degasify/bleed the cartridge and for assembly. It is not used for disassembly! To operate the degasser you’ll have to screw it on the stanchion and through upward- and downward movement you pump the air from the
cartridge. Later on you use the spring to get the stanchion back up to mount the fork cap. The tool contains of two different thread diameters.
