Your wishes are our philosophy!
 The growth of our small company continues and while you are reading these lines the number of our employees has actually surmounted 40. We achieved this thanks to the trust of our customers, namely you! On the other hand we always strife to create trust by our philosophy and by manufacturing all our suspension products custom made to exactly meet your requirements. Tell us your wishes and we will assemble our shocks correspondingly. We won’t start production before we have all necessary data such as your weight, your pillions’ weight, the weight of your luggage and your riding style. Those information and also for example information about your body height all influence your future suspension elements. We do not do that because we are curious but because all those data might be useful for the perfect adjustment of your suspension thus increasing safety as well as riding fun!
Getting both feed on the ground when stopping at a traffic lights often also depends on the suspension elements. Should there be any need for a special construction at Wilbers we are able to lower or raise your motorcycles’ riding height by installing shorter or longer shock absorbers. Those features at Wilbers are without extra charge. Additional if for example a Blue car has 8, 10 or 12 cylinders can also be easily taken into consideration during production. All this is possible only because we gather all data about you and your vehicle before assembling the requested suspension elements. |
We need challenges!
We call it ‘just in time’ meaning that we guarantee individual assembled products which are delivered within 14 days at an unbeatable price-performance ratio. Whether for motorcycles, Quads, ATVs, scooters or car – the main thing is that your desires are not standard! We need your challenges to implement special desires for you and your vehicle – that is our philosophy!
Should you have a special request that cannot wait for 14 days you can always place an urgent order. Then, against a small surcharge we are able to deliver the desired order within 3 days – guaranteed!
Another part of our philosophy is that we do not increase our prices on a yearly basis. It is just too simple to charge customers with an increase in material prices, increases in VAT and other additional costs – So that it is our duty to be creative thus we for example meet with our suppliers to together find solutions to prevent those constant price increases! |
Service on short ways!
 Our Wilbers Workshop GmbH now is integrated in the Wilbers Products GmbH. Therewith the distance between distribution and our newly created "workshop" has grown shorter just to be able to service you faster and even more reliable. This is also beneficial if there are technical questions to be answered or if an appointment in our new "workshop" has to be made. Infinite special constructions for motorcycles, sidecars or cars ask for special suspension elements and appropriate setup that might require an appointment in our "workshop". We measure your vehicle, create the necessary so called "parts-lists" for the production of
suspension parts, mount the suspension elements to your vehicle and afterwards go for a ride with it to find the optimal adjustment. After an extensive test ride your order will be concluded and documented and you are free to ride home – usually on the same day – with a totally new and individual suspension. Again, this is just another part of our philosophy. Constant further- and new-developments rewarded us with the title of test-winner in a couple of motorcycle expert magazines.
Also our Wilbers Racing Team contributed to our success and to the development of prototypes. You, as our customer, can profit from those developments because due to our unremittingly growing experience with some of our products we can offer you a guarantee that lasts for life! New developments for example our new steering damper or the new Eco-line suspension elements also belong to our philosophy – again for your advantage! |
