Different operations require different adjustments of the telescopic-fork. For example: In order to manage a lower centre of gravity for racing in the Supermoto class by decreasing the suspen-sion travel, one has to shorten the fork. Or, a reconstruction of the cartridge is necessary, in order to achieve better damping characteristics as well as damping adjustments in high-,
middle-, or low-speed range. The professional racing driver, as well as the hobby-motorcyclist can profit from an adjustment of the forks functions and, if possible, a totally individual setting referring to the track and driver’s weight. It goes without saying that the riding proficiency is here playing an important role. Sport-forks are equipped with high-grade linear fork springs from Eibach or Wilbers and the desired set-up.
An adaptation of the fork with new pistons instead of adapting the original pistons costs an additional € 199,- per set, part-no.: 685-000-00.
