| What happens if my ABE is lost? |
The German safety certificate of operation (ABE) is an important and valuable document which you should keep in safe custody. If you lose the ABE you can contact us and we’ll send you a replacement however we have to charge € 15 allowance. With orders from foreign countries Wilbers suspension parts are sent without ABE. |

| What does the numbers on the shock spring mean? |
The number code on the spring holds information about the inner diameter of the spring, the spring rate and the unburdened length of the spring. The first two figures, for example 46/46 here defines the top and bottom inner diameter of the spring – 46 mm!
Next comes the spring rate number – a 195 for example would mean a spring of 195 N/mm. Last in the row of numbers comes the unburdened length – the number 165 would indicate a spring length of 165 mm! |
