PAYMENT
The participation fee is 199,- Euro per trainings day. Cash in advance is required. Otherwise it is not possible to participate the event. We will send you a confirmation when we have received the fee. If you have transfered the fee already and haven't received a confirmation from us within 5 weekdays, please contact us and send an e-mail to mrs. de Vries devries@wilbers.de.

ATTENTION
The vehicle has to be in flawless condition. The technical check-up takes place the day of the event within the paddock. Proper protection gear is obligatory: helmet, leather- or textile-protective clothing with motorcycle leather boots. Back protectors are recommended. Cash in advance is required. Otherwise it is not possible to participate the event. We will send you a confirmation when we have received the fee. If you have transfered the fee already and haven't received a confirmation from us within 5 weekdays, please contact us and send an e-mail to devries@wilbers.de.

In case of enrollment and later cancellation the following grading accrue:
The participant has to pay the following fine:
- if cancellation is within the last 3 month before the event 80% of the attendance fee is deducted.
- If cancellation happened earlier, the attendance fee is fully reimbursed.

NOTICE OF LIABILITY EXCLUSION
The participant takes part in the activity on his own risk. He bears both civil- as well as criminal-responsibility for all damages caused by himself or one of his assignees and especially for any damage caused by the utilized vehicles. This is true no matter whether the vehicles are certificated or not. The participant obligates himself not to assert any claims for compensation or solatium neither for himself nor for his relatives or his legal successor for damage caused directly or indirectly due to his participation in the event. This applies to company Wilbers Products GmbH as organizers as well as to the lawful agent or other persons or institutions linked to the organization of the event. The participant has to be able to present a valid driving license. Furthermore the participant agrees to obey to the rules and regulations of the organization or its assistants.

In addition the organizer insists on an acceptance test for the vehicle that has to be shown duly in advance of the event to a technician. Technically objectionable vehicles are also excluded from the event. In this case no reimbursement of participation fee is paid. The right to participate is not assignable to a second rider if so only after agreement of the organization team. Vehicles do not have to be registered.
