Replacement springs

Each and every shock absorber of Wilbers might be converted to harder or softer damping by changing the spring itself. The rule of the thump is that mono-shocks are equipped with linear springs while twin-shocks are best served with progressive springs. Generally a spring should be flexible in movement without deforming. That is why every Wilbers spring is machined of chromium-silicone thus creating spring-steel of A-level quality. The springs are delivered powder-coated in two different colours, blue and black. Of course every other colour is available for a small extra charge. Assuming that your original shock absorber possesses enough damping it can be refitted with a Wilbers quality spring as well.
