Fork tuning

Not every fork is a good one and an overpriced invoice for a fork tuning is no guarantee that your fork finally is going to perform the way you want it to. More than 20 years of experience guarantee a ‘real’ fork tuning at a convenient price. This includes the fork upgrade for different operations (road, racetrack etc.), fork tuning for ride height lowering as well as coating of the stanchions/tubes with different surface materials.

PROMOTO Titan-nitride or carbon coating

For road motorcycles – with or without TÜV (Association for Technical Inspection) certificated!
The titan-nitride coating simply is the optimum to make the fork tubes of road motorcycles as resistant as possible and to keep their sliding friction as low as possible. The golden layer provides the fork tubes with an extremely hard, wear-resistant surface (2500 Vickers) lengthening the life expectancy of fork and shaft seals. Additionally the layer decreases the frictional force between the shaft seal and fork pipe by a fairly great amount thus decreasing the break-away-point of the fork and improving response characteristics. >> more

Gabelanpassung for Tieferlegung
