Development

To service the market with current products at any time we have to order all new vehicles as soon as possible for surveying and testing in our Wilbers Workshop department. Here, all important data needed to develop the respective suspension products, is collected. Test-runs to detect the damping forces of the OEM/standard shock absorbers and forks are executed and provide us with first information. As a consequence we use this basic data to construct our first prototypes. Those prototypes are afterwards examined carefully and put into the acid through a series of tests – All this to remain our quality standard and to honour our guarantee promise.

This way our array of products is always up-to-date and we warrant, also when designing suspension elements for brand-new vehicles, a quality-product with a guaranteed delivery time of 14 days and an ABE (general permission of operation).

The great variety of customer inquiries and desires serve for an enormous increase in the market so that meanwhile not only motorcycle enthusiasts belong to our customers but also race- and hobby-riders from the quad, sidecar, scooter and automobile sector… Indefinite possibilities!
