Our unit assembly kit is generously equipped. With its help we are able to create shock absorbers for more than 600 different vehicle models using approximately 350 varying components. Moreover most of the shocks are compatible with additional suspension system products also available at Wilbers Racing Suspension. It is one of our major principles to extensively test our products quality. That’s why 5 years guarantee are a promise on all of Wilbers own products!

Whether for special vehicles, Blue cars, sidecars, snowmobiles, quads, ATVs or own-built vehicles, thanks to our assembly kit we are confident to develop and assemble the ideal custom-made shock absorber for you! Because all components are compatible, a maximum flexibility in machining our products is guaranteed. The unit assembly system allows countless combinations and herewith is ideal for developing unique-items, special editions of existing shocks or totally individual production on highest technical standard. Even special adjustments or individual lengths are no longer a problem. Wilbers assembly kit is OUR TOOL to realize nearly every possible customer requirement at a sensible price.
For the shock absorbers we got on stock as much as 250 different springs of varying spring rates and lengths. Only best materials are used in crafting the shock and most components, for example the great choice of compression reservoirs, are by all means safety certificated ander German DIN-norm.
You will get your ordered shock together with the adequate spring optimally adjusted referring to your motorcycle, its main purpose and your personal data such as weight, height and pillion. The delivery times amount to 14 days at most. If you think, that much comfort and individual choice is impossible, you’re wrong.
